Lye is a natural mineral solution containing essential elements like calcium, sodium, magnesium, chlorine, and several trace elements. The primary components are magnesium salts, including magnesium chloride and magnesium sulfate. Magnesium is crucial for various bodily functions, including energy production, metabolism, and the balance of the nervous and muscular systems.

It helps reduce muscle discomfort, prevent cramps, and supports the health of hair, skin, and nails. Stress and fatigue can deplete magnesium levels, making it important to replenish this vital mineral after intense physical or mental exertion. Additionally, lye includes biologically active substances like microalgae and zooplankton, which contribute to its beneficial properties.

It has a pH of 6.59 and is mineralized at 340-370 grams per liter, with magnesium salts content ranging from 230-280 grams per liter and alkali chlorides at 80-95 grams per liter.
